He and his information was so clearly communicated it seemed almost too simplistic to be true, and I LOVED it.

I don’t know. This is a bit of a greys area for

me. (My first comment had to be a pun).

Bashar has been on my radar for a while and I find his insightful information to be helpful. The idea that there are adults in the room feels very good to me in regard to our current political situation. I love hearing him speak.

I've always been skeptical, I think it's because it's hard for me to imagine myself backing up and just allowing the connection of another being to flow information through me. Loved it though! So glad I had a listen and I've changed my stance on it for sure, people have been channeling for a long very time, even, I believe unconsciously, whenever I've had moment of "why did I just say that? where the heck did that come from? Thanks again! You're Darlings.

Darryl Anka’s explanation of his channeling session with an entity claiming to originate from an advanced extraterrestrial civilization lacks credibility. The details he provides do not convincingly substantiate the existence or authenticity of the entity, leading to skepticism. Based on this, I do not consider him a trustworthy source for delivering transformative, sophisticated information that could influence global understanding.

Forgive my skeptical take, but it all sounds too good to be true. If the aliens appear in 2027 I'll eat my hat, but until then I will treat it as a fictional tale. There are too many people peddling snake oil on the internet, and distinguishing them from people holding sincere and honest beliefs, even if delusional, is almost impossible.

I have also noticed that a lot of YouTube videos on spiritual topics have the characteristics of being AI constructs. They are robotic, go on for twenty minutes or more, barely taking breath, and generally not punctuated by the natural pauses normally present in human speech.

The videos on NDE's that I have seen all seem to be clones of each other, as though we are being indoctrinated into some sort of cult. Whereas I believe that NDEs are a real phenomenon, I don't believe everyone has the same uniform experience that is portrayed in those videos.

Whether NDE experiences are a reality outside of the body, or a construct generated in a brain that is shutting down, you can argue about until the cows come home. I remain open minded, but until there is objective proof there is only a belief one way or the other.

All of this would be easier to deal with if the source of consciousness was known.

I note that a lot of people are highjacking Quantum Mechanics to support their view on spiritual matters, but it's a red herring. Philosophers can dance on the head of a pin, but you may only know what is actually true, or know nothing, after you are dead and gone. In the meantime you will have to make do with religion - take your pick on which one you think is nearest to the truth.

Carry on the good work. Your Breakdown shines the light of day on the topics you bring to the table.

I'm not really a believer, but it was an interesting conversation.

I have looked at the scientific literature on auditory phenomena. And I admit that I have not read every article. But from what I have read the voice he is channeling does not originate in the brain. I personally think it is definitely supernatural. But I ask Mayim and Jonathan what the latest is according to Neuroscientists?

The question is why would God impersonate an alien?. It either wants us to have new information, to expand our knowledge. That is called prophecy. Or it sends information to trick us. And that causes delusion. I have not yet decided about where Bashar stands on this continuum. I have to listen to the interview again

I am sorry I have not yet commented because Mayim and Jonathan are really going the distance with these interviews.. I find I have to study these interviews. They are not like light reading. I do have a thought to share about his channeling. From what I know, the transmission is either from God or the "Devil," and the Devil is what God sends to punish people. God can impersonate an alien. It can also sound like a Black man, or a computer like Hal in 2001 a Space Odyssey. I know someone who channels his best friend who is deceased. The best friend also suggests he do foolish things.

I hope I am not offending Mr. Anka with these comments. I know it can alternate between God and the Devil in response to one's deeds. It can enlighten you or trick you.

My highest self resonated and agreed with everything he said. It was refreshing how confirming this episode was for me.

I too am still on the fence. We have definitely entered the era where we believe nothing as AI can fake everything. Even when the aliens make themselves known in 2027, I will still doubt it.

Wonderful show with an engaging guest who really believes what he is saying... But I'm deeply conflicted as whether I dare let myself hope this is true and be crushed if it turns out not to be. I hope you have him on again but this time I would like him to channel Bashar so I can judge the other half, as it were. And I will except NO explanations if they don't show up in 2007 as he claims! Unfortunately I feel nothing when I try to contact this being but that doesn't mean anything. But I'm at the point in my life that I would like some proof of all this.

Very happy you had him on. I've listened to quite a bit of his Bashar channeling and just really haven't known what to make of it. I'm still on the fence, but I'm on the fence about a lot of things. The truth is there somewhere, though!

I'm currently listening to Jacques Vallee's "Revelations" audio book and am enjoying it. I have a lot of respect for him.
