Mayim's Monday Motivation
Buckle up for one of the most vividly recounted near death experiences out there.
Hello all on this Monday morning!
We’ve had such a great time in our LIVEs and I wanted to start this Monday by thanking all of you for showing up. I know the times move around a bit depending on our recording schedule and such, but we are so excited to get to hear from so many of you, fielding your questions, sharing your experiences, and broadening our understanding of so many aspects of existence!
This week, we are featuring someone who had what some call the most vividly recounted Near Death Experience (NDE) of any they’ve ever heard. This episode calls to mind so many of the episodes we have tackled which have taken our podcast into the beyond and ... beyond! Beginning with our conversation with Elizabeth Krohn, we have found a wealth of information about time, the Universe and everything through the accounts of those who have died and come back.
There are universal similarities that emerge from the NDEs so many of us have learned about on our podcast and elsewhere: an overwhelming sense of love, belonging, and peace, a review of one’s life with new insights not previously considered, reuniting with loved ones, a set of revelations about what our life is meant to be “for,” and, for many, a deep and abiding connection with God or some Divine being.
What is unique about NDEs, though, is the individual experiencing the NDE. This week, John J. Davis walks us through his NDE with a specificity that has not wavered since he emerged from an allergic reaction to anesthesia administered when he was 21 for a routine hand surgery. He walks us through each of the “places” he went and - spoiler alert: he feels he was chosen to have information revealed to him which he believes he is destined to share as far and wide as he can.
John’s experience is remarkable, as is our ability to have an open mind and and open heart!
With that, let’s tackle this week with openness!
Have a great one,
Mayim

Did you know there’s one phase of sleep many people aren’t getting enough of—and it’s one of the biggest factors in how refreshed you feel the next day?
I’m talking about deep sleep.
This is the phase of sleep most closely linked to physical recovery, steady energy levels, and overall balance in the body. When deep sleep is lacking, you might notice things like low energy, slower recovery, or even stronger cravings… even when you feel like you’re doing everything “right.”
So why aren’t more people getting enough of this critical stage of sleep?
One major factor is magnesium deficiency. Most adults don’t consistently meet their recommended magnesium intake, and that matters more than people realize.
Magnesium plays a key role in helping the body relax and regulate the nervous system. It supports calming neurotransmitters like GABA, which help your brain and body wind down at night. It also helps manage your stress response—and when stress is elevated, quality sleep often takes a hit.
But here’s something important: not all magnesium supplements are created equal.
Different forms of magnesium are absorbed and utilized differently by the body, which can make a big difference in how effective they are.
That’s why I recommend Magnesium Breakthrough by BIOptimizers—a formula designed to provide multiple forms of magnesium to support relaxation, recovery, and deeper, more restorative sleep.
Magnesium Breakthrough is formulated with a full-spectrum blend of 7 forms of magnesium, designed to support relaxation and overall sleep quality.*

I LOVE hearing about NDEs!!! They are absolutely profound…..each person’s experience is unique, yet they all share these seemingly universal characteristics! Ultimately, love and the interconnectedness of us all are what life, and death, truly are/mean. I am endlessly grateful. 🙏🏻 Thank you for sharing!! 💗💗💗💗💗💗💗💗
I'm eager to hear how your content will stand out from the other NDE interviews you’ve conducted, especially regarding the divine.
