Are we feeling strong this week?! Or maybe resilient? Or like we have all the grit in the world!?
It’s never too early - nor is it too late - to start improving your strength, muscles, and bones and thereby combat the effects of aging. That has been Dr. Vonda Wright’s life work! This week, we spoke to the double board certified orthopedic surgeon and recognized authority on human performance, longevity, and women’s health. Her book, “Unbreakable: A Woman’s Guide to Aging With Power” is a great resource and I’m already on my journey to becoming unbreakable, I promise!
This week, we are also revisiting our conversation with 90s “Full House” and “Fuller House” actress Jodie Sweetin. Jodie and I had a blast talking about our shared backgrounds as child actors, the importance of showing up as a parent for yourself and how Jodie believes that ADHD is her superpower. Enjoy!
