Jonathan and Mayim,

Hello. Great insights on thinking about aliens. Off the top of my head, in my younger years before I became aware of, like the Howard Beale character says, television is not the truth, and not really that but became aware of how much it is not the truth, I used to wonder about aliens sometimes. I'd seen and was a fan of Lost in Space, Close Encounters of the Third Kind, Star Wars, the original Battlestar Gallatica, Star Trek, Land of the Lost, and who can forget Capricorn One (1977), if you saw it, as a film that was outright about "government" mass mind-manipulations on people?

One person I know personally pointed out his understanding years ago is that space is so vast, and how long it would take any kind of physical craft to go across our solar system, from some edge of it, just to get to Earth. His point was there may be aliens, but to be able to get to us, or vice versa, is unlikely. Then there's the time to travel whatever distance it takes just to get to the edge of our solar system. Then we have the black hole or time warp people that say aliens may can warp around space. Then last I knew 20 years ago or so, also there were the "we can't get to the moon, or through space, because we (humans' bodies) can't make it through the Van Allen radiation belt" people. And there is no dark side of the moon in reality I learned years ago. So. A voice even says this at the end of Pink Floyd's album Dark Side of the Moon. Turn up the volume after the last lyrics are sung for the last song to better hear some man clearly say that.

However we progress, we should do it like is promoted that we progress, which is together, for all of us. Not what we've had in reality, where both the "private" and "public" schools won't even point out to children here how and why electronic voting machines have never been valid. If that's not a red flag, of many, of being divided, exploited, and brainwashed against ourselves in a fake system, I don't know what would be.

Oh was going to add I heard a few times over the years that The Matrix was an allegory for this financial system we're in. So us being ones and zeroes in the movie is like a dramatic sci-fi way to show us representing money and all the digital financial transactions zooming around us nonstop, with people having to fight scam artists and psyops.
